In January of 2020, Amy and Sara led the first version of this workshop to a sizable group of eager Austinites, ready to engage their homes with color and order. We mingled, we drank, we learned and laughed and everyone seemed to leave the workshop invigorated.
You know what happened next: the world shut down, and while for some the pandemic presented the perfect opportunity to dive deep into “someday” home projects, for others all inspiration and gumption to do so were lost.
Three years and three months later, Amy and Sara are back, presenting “Find Your Flow 2.0” because no matter your experience in lockdown, we’re all adjusting to this new world and how we find our rhythm within it.
The truth remains: you deserve a home that makes you feel happy and energized, and we can help you get there! Join us for another interactive workshop that will give you and your home an updated refresh. Here's what people have to say about the joy Amy and Sara are creating in their work:
“After a pandemic, a toddler, and a partner that leaves everything everywhere, I needed some self-care. Moxie Space redid my kitchen, pantry, family mudroom, closet, bathroom and linen storage. It changed my LIFE and PERSPECTIVE. I can run my day to day so much better, save money by not buying duplicates, and HOLD my toddler and partner accountable to tidying up. My anxiety and frustration are reduced greatly – I feel like I have space to LIVE in my own home for the first time in 5 years. Best investment in myself in 20 years.” — K.B.
“I found the lighting tips (triangle & never use white light) really helpful. But most important was the sense of connection and empowerment. So many beautiful women being courageous and doing their thing! Loved it!” — Angelique
“I LOVED the idea of interior design not being “superficial” but something of real importance, especially considering all the time we spend indoors! And the little party favor was a nice touch ♥️” — Natalie
A little more about your hosts:
Sara Fritsch, Moxie Space
Sara grew up in West Texas and now lives in the hills of Austin with her fiancé and soon-to-be step-kiddos. She enjoys crossword puzzles, being barefoot as much as possible, deep-diving into astrology, and exploring new places. You’ll often find her rearranging her living spaces whenever she needs a dose of inspiration. Sara is passionate about organizing and believes that uncovering surfaces in our homes helps us uncover our own energetic, mental, and emotional blocks. She feels incredibly lucky to be running a company she loves with such an amazing team!
Amy Hadley, Hey Now Interiors
Amy's first career was as a reporter and anchor at an Austin news station. In the middle of her news career, she and her husband took a two-year hiatus to move to Prague, Czech Republic. And that’s where Amy learned the power of home—of setting up your space with purpose so it serves you, and even helps you get what you want out of life.
Amy founded Hey Now Interiors out of this environmental-behavioral approach, creating colorful spaces that inspire more joy, creativity, and connectedness. Your home should bring out the best in you!
