Designer For A Day

Designer for a Day is an in-home, one-on-one, collaborative design session to help you design, shop, or style your space in a short amount of time. We work side-by-side to tackle furniture arrangement, paint colors, styling…you decide.

This hands-on intensive with Hey Now packs a lot into one day, for instant gratification to love your home more.

Designer for a Day is perfect if you feel stuck or overwhelmed and need help with a plan and new ideas, and can execute the big ideas yourself. You're motivated to get things done, but need help with the vision and decisions. We've got you!

Styling shelves and accessories
Art placement and hanging*
Space planning for proper flow and function
Sketching floor plan ideas
Rearranging furniture*
Tile selection
Guided trade showroom visits to select furniture, fabrics, flooring, tile, wallpaper, and upholstery
Reviewing drawings and plans for new builds and renovations
Advice and selections for kitchen and bath design

How it works

1. Before

We get to know you and your needs with a questionnaire, photos of your space/s, and inspiration images.

2. During

We work side-by-side to solve your problems and accomplish your goals during a half or full day session. We bring tea/coffee for a morning jumpstart, and we provide lunch at full day sessions for a working lunch break.
