Full Service Design

Full service design means we do all the heavy lifting, from concept to completion.

Far beyond just getting to know your style, we get to know you and your home—what’s working, what’s not, what you want your home to feel like, and how you want it to function.

We kick off every project with an intake phase, where gather preliminary information with a questionnaire, then tour your home together, and take photos and measurements. We explain the Hey Now process and answer questions.

Then we move into the two-part design phase: Conceptual and Selections. During the conceptual phase, we space plan with 2D or 3D modeling, and come up with the overall concept and color palette using inspiration images. Once that’s approved, we move into the Selections phase where we choose and present every detail, from tile and paint, to lighting and furnishings.

Once the design is complete, we finalize drawings, manage all the ordering and delivery, and collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to make your design a reality, so you can focus on the 1-million other things you need to do in life while we make it happen.

Whether it’s one room or your whole home, re-decorating or renovating, we maximize flow and function so you can be more inspired, more energized, and more joyful at home. The design process lasts 4-8 weeks, depending on your project.

Rates

The minimum design fee for Full Service Projects is $18,500 regardless of project size.
