E-Design Services

E-Design is a great option if you want the Hey Now touch and you live outside the Austin area or prefer to roll up your sleeves and execute a design plan yourself. We do all the creative, you do all the heavy lifting! With our virtual design service, you get a personalized room design through our online platform.

Your E-Design Plan Includes:

A personalized digital design plan for your room
- A scaled 2D floor plan with furniture placement and measurements
- Moodboards with 2-3 inspiration images and suggested color palette
- Furniture and lighting selections, and up to 3 paint colors
Support to help you implement your design plan
- Clickable links for purchasing your selections
- An ordering and install guide with tips and answers to frequently asked questions
- Two 30-minute follow-up phone calls with your designer

How it works

E-Design is a room-by-room service executed through our online design platform. There are multiple check-ins along the way to communicate with your designer, and the process takes an average of 4-5 weeks from project kick-off to design delivery. Here are the milestones you can expect from the E-Design process:

1. Kick-off

You fill out our design questionnaire and send us inspiration images. You also send photos and measurements of your room. We have a handy guide for how to do this here.

Then you meet your designer in a video call to review your project and to discuss your furnishings budget.

2. Conceptual Plan

Your designer will start with a space plan and inspiration images. They check-in with you about two weeks after kick-off to review the concept and discuss design direction.

3. DESIGN PLAN PRESENTATION

Your designer selects furnishings based on your needs and aesthetic, including seating, lighting, rugs, paint colors, as well as art suggestions. Your designer then presents your design plan in a video call.

4. Revisions

Your design plan includes one round of revisions which must be requested within 1 week of your design plan presentation.

5. IMPLEMENTATIOn

Now it’s time to bring your design to life! Your selections mood board includes clickable links for easy ordering, and our install guide gives you tips and tricks to put it all together. If you have questions or need additional guidance, your designer is available for two 30-minute support calls within six weeks of your design plan presentation.

Cost

E-Design is a flat fee of $5,000 per room, and may be purchased for your living room, family room, dining room, bedroom, office, library, kid’s room, nursery, playroom, or patio.

If you don’t see your room listed here, please let us know, and we’ll discuss a plan that works for your needs.

In addition to the design package fee, we recommend a furnishings budget of $10,000-$20,000 per room, on average.
